Lund Announces 2014 Summer Housing Grant

Lund University is offering two housing grants to staff, faculty or PhD students from U21 universities over summer 2014.

Lund University is pleased to announce the 2014 U21 Summer Housing Grant with the aim to further strengthen and develop links between U21 partner institutions.

The grant covers rent for university housing in Lund for a period of up to four weeks between 15 June and  15 August 2014. Two grants are available and will be awarded to staff members or PhD students from U21 members. Applicants should already have a contact at Lund.

How to Apply

Applications should be made by email to Ulrika af Sillén ( and should include a letter of invitation from Lund University confirming the purpose of the work to be done while in Lund, as well as a personal letter stating what kind of housing is required.

The deadline for applications is 31 January 2014 and successful applicants will be notified by 28 February 2014.

Successful applicants are obliged to submit a report of the stay, stating how the U21 Summer Housing Grant has been used to strenghten and develop links between U21 partner institutions through the work done in Lund.
