U21 is pleased to announce that the University of Johannesburg, the University of Maryland and The Ohio State University joined the network on 10 May at the 2013 AGM, held at the University of British Columbia.

The U21 Health Sciences Group is developing a U21 Summer School for Health Science students. They have issued a Call For Proposals and are looking for member institutions to host the Summer Schools in 2014 and 2015.

The University of Queensland’s Three Minute Thesis initiative comes to Universitas 21. A U21 Grand Final will be held in October 2013.
