Hosted by Tec de Monterrey at their Monterrey campus, this year’s annual event will be looking at “Challenging Traditional Thinking: Technology Enhanced Learning + Design Thinking”.

Design Thinking is a methodology used by designers to solve complex problems, and find desirable solutions. A design mindset is not problem-focused, it’s solution focused and action oriented towards creating a preferred future. Design Thinking draws upon logic, imagination, intuition, and systemic reasoning, to explore possibilities of what could be—and to create desired outcomes that benefit the end user.

As educators we can take advantage of this methodology and foster a disruptive way of thinking in our students with the help of technology.

Each U21 member institution is invited to send up to three senior delegates (normally the VP/PVC Education, other senior academic leaders and/or the Director of Teaching and Learning).

Further details, including registration information, will be available soon, but meanwhile, SAVE THESE DATES and plan to join us in Mexico!
