Registration is now open for the 2015 Annual Network Meeting and Presidential Symposium, hosted this year by Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.

All Presidents and Vice Chancellors of U21 member universities, along with U21 Managers, are invited to attend this annual opportunity to meet with peers to discuss matters of importance to the network and to shape the forthcoming year's agenda.



An outline programme can be downloaded via the link at the end of the page and below is a provisional outline of the three days.

Meeting papers

Papers will be sent out by email to all registered delegates prior to the start of the meetings. Unless you state on your registration form that you want to have a hard copy provided for you, you will be expected to bring your own papers (hard copy or electronic) with you. There will not be any spare copies available in Santiago, in the interests of sustainability. 


Visa requirements

Some delegates may require a visa to enter Chile.  If you require a letter of invitation from the university, please contact Fernando Alvarado 


Transport from Santiago airport

Official taxis are generally fine to use in Santiago, although there are often a lot of unofficial taxi drivers at the airport.  The hotel offers a car service for arrivals in Santiago, which delegates might want to take advantage of.  There is also an 'official transport' service offered at the airport - click here for details.

Registration for the meetings is online via the 'Register here' button below.


As at last year's meeting, a delegate list with photos and brief role descriptions will be included in the delegate packs.  Delegates are therefore asked to include a short (50 word) description of their role when registering for the meetings.

Hotel accommodation

Colleagues at PUC have negotiated some very favourable rates at the Hotel Ritz Carlton and have a block booking for the group.  Delegates need to book directly with the hotel using the booking form which can be downloaded below.  


The hotel booking deadline is Wednesday 1 April, after which the rates and availability cannot be guaranteed.

Please note that after 6 February there is a cancellation charge for all hotel rooms - details are given on the booking form.
