Higher Degree Database
To develop a database of higher degree subjects and programmes in Education across U21 institutions to facilitate the mobility of higher degree students internationally

U21 Postgraduate Programme
To develop a prototype programme designed to provide education graduates with opportunities to combine overseas higher degree studies with employment in teaching positions in school systems local to the host U21 institution

Supporting Doctoral Students
To develop a network of U21 doctoral students in Education for the purpose of identifying and addressing the needs of research students in Education.  The second U21 Doctoral Students Forum for International Networking in Education (another FINE event!) was held on the day before the commencement of the 2008 annual conference of the American Educational Research Association (AERA) in New York. The AERA conference attracts upwards of 15,000 participants and can be both a rich and a daunting experience. 

Online Postgraduate Subjects
To identify and coordinate access to online postgraduate subjects in Education for U21 postgraduate students

Research-mapping Database
The development of a research-mapping database across faculties of Education at U21 institutions in order to promote international collegial contact and research collaboration
